4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

If a particular Service requires the User to open an account, the User must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. The User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's password and account. Furthermore, the User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the User's account. The user agrees to notify Gifting Colors immediately of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security.

Gifting Colors will not be liable for any loss that the User may incur as a result of someone else using the User's password or account, either with or without the User's knowledge. The User shall not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Delivery Policy

We at Gifting Colors ensure that all our products are personally hand delivered by an experienced professional and take every care to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

we does not guarantee delivery on exact time requested by the user , All the orders shall  be delivered on the requested delivery date anytime between 0900 - 2100 hrs , however we will try our best to deliver at the requested time. 

FOR FIXED TIME DELIVERIES OR MIDNIGHT DELIVERIES please use available custom delivery* options.(*charges applicable)

For same day delivery all the orders received on or before 1600 hrs on any week days (mon-sat) except sunday & public holidays, shall be processed for same day delivery. Orders received after 1600 hrs shall be delivered the following day anytime between 0900-2100 hrs.

All deliveries except express will take 03-04 hrs for processing , from the time of order placement.

orders received on sunday / public holidays for "same day delivery" shall be processed on the following day for delivery.

For delivery to remote, out of city, city outskirts, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries we are unable to gurantee any time committment. You can use our special instruction text box to provide any delivery specific information. We are committed to try our best to fulfill your requirements.

On all major events and holiday we request you to place your order 3-4 days in advance in order to fulfill the same in time.

We will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, or refusal by the recipient(s) to receive or inability to reach the recipient(s) due to security constraints with in the premises or due to any other conditions. No refunds would be possible in such conditions & the customer shall still be charged for the order.

Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and will be hand delivered.
No deliveries on national holidays.

free delivery / same day delivery is applicable on flowers & cakes only when bought separatelly or in combo option. this is not applicable for sweets & chocolates bought separately . to avail delivery for sweets, chocolates & gifts, the same must be bought in combination with flowers.

The images displayed on our site are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

Subsitution Policy

At times, alternate flowers are arranged due to regional or seasonal unavailablity of those flowers selected by you. In the event of any such issue our experienced florist will ensure that the style and color scheme of the selected arrangement remains intact and substitue the same with equal or higher value.

In the event of any broken pieces delivered in the transition phase from our courier category products the same will be replaced with a new piece in the next 3-4 days after the reciept and satisfaction of any such complaint.

Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and will be hand delivered. If the recipient is out of station or not able to receive these perishable products we will in no way be able to substitute the same with other products.
